Problems with Amazon's Affiliate Support

Hey guys, I've been trying to get in touch with the Support at Amazon Affiliates via their web-form and no luck. Ive sent a message 6 days ago and no answer, although from what they say they usually asnwer in 24-48 hours.
Anybody else had similar problems with contacting them?
The matter is kind of urgent as my account just got suspended and I really want to sort things out asap.

I have no history of contacting Amazon, but from what I've read with most all programs is that communication regarding suspended accounts usually is not very fast, detailed, or helpful.

Amazon Associates Program Direct Line
This is a "first" line of support phone number. You will have to convince them your request has merit prior to the issue getting escalated. They will not have a lot of info about your suspension. Be nice and polite.Merchants, any data you provide to Google Shopping should also be in your affiliate network datafeed. More data means more sales!
