I noticed that for some merchant's links it doesn't says it allows image and url redirects. I like to display all my merchant's with an image and link to them using a script (example: go.php?m=1). If I do this will I not recieve referral fees for merchant's that don't say they allow image & url redirects?

I think you'll be fine if you're redirecting from your end, as in through your own database. However, when the merchant doesn't allow image or url redirecting I have found this to mean they only want their own images used and their own link destinations, disallowing deep linking and individual product tagging.

It means that the Advanced Options button won't give you the option of replacing the image url or the click url when you are building the link code.
