That is a Big Drop, I seen alot of commion drops this year between 25% to 50% in each case I dropped the merchant.
I have had some merchats increase their commision this year so in their case I increased my promotion of them and took advantage of the increased commisions!!MERCHANTS: Start showing your coupons directly on your site, that way your shoppers will stop leaving your site looking for them!! If not then remove your Coupon Box!!

No explanation given, no nothing. Shows they really care about their affiliate program. No attempt to even be competitive in their vertical. I emailed "jeff" a half-dozen times over the course of the past few months but never got a reply. Finally gave up and am glad I did. Why work with crappy merchants when there are so many better ones to choose from in footwear.Your Ad Here.

Actually they dropped commissions to 5% a few years ago when they started paying only 5% on coupon sales and then put a coupon on every page for everyone to use. That was enough for me then.

From their own website: "Our payouts are higher than most our competitors."
Not sure who they consider their competitors, but if it's any other online shoe-sellers, they might want to remove this very clearly false statement!Your Ad Here.

Wow, from 13% to 6%. Are they planning to close their affiliate program?

Probably time to move on.
In addition to the 50%+ commission cut, their check out procedure is horrible and not conducive to closing sales. The "coupon" that is displayed on their homepage is very misleading, it only applies to some products.
Site map is filled with at least a dozen dead links.
They have a few locations in my area, going to go take a look at store if I get a chance.
