Question Can anybody help me on my web marketing plan?
I'm making web marketing plan for our site pandamimi.com, it's really a little hard for me, I have only two months experience on google adwords and another two months on affiliate. I searched many articles on google and find that most of them just list all website marketing approaches separately, I can only list them one by one and then make plans for the separate marketing tool, Is it possible? Can anybody give me more inspirations or clues? Thanks very much!

Thank you for your reply Eric, I'm not trying to be their agency, I'm the employee for the website and I'm in marketing department. My boss ask me try to write a plan(the specific objectives are visits and google PR) , he said it's my opportunity to show my idea. I'm really nervous about that.

Thanks again for your error report.

Strategy = usually long term / broad view.
Focus on the low hangging fruit.

Things to consider SMART when composing your proposal
    ■S = Specific
    ■M = Measurable
    ■A = Attainable
    ■R = Realistic
    ■T = Timely

well, we dont know your starting strategies, any ways, i am telling you that dont start your PPC at starting.. after completion of on-page work start with off-page, and try to use good resources, that means the sites they do have great page ranks plus good inbound links..

I am not very experienced but would suggest outsourcing the link buidling to achieve the desired PR and adding a blog/articles to attract visitors. I guess ur company wud have the money to get articles written by people who are fairly knowledgeable in the field - my guess is it would cost u between $ 5 - 10 per article.

If u r loaded with cash u can ofcourse carry out PPC alongwith adding content.

I have noticed a few Chinese companies setting up such sites. Nice to see them moving up the value chain. Wish it was same in India - but we can't manufacture goods at such low rates

    Hey there,

there are a lot ways to get you site known and promoted. First stop is that you can start by doing Articles and Videos. As for me, this is a great opening strategy to get your visits high. Just make sure you're anchor text is link to your sales page or landing page or whatever page that sounds promotional persuasive.
