    LS Publishers - Advanced Reports unavailable
    On the LS Publshers interface this morning, Quick Stats > View More Reports > Signature Orders (for September) = nothing or a message that there are problems.

    Questions: Are LinkShare Technical Management aware of the very frequent problems with reporting? Are they planning to hire additional personnel to work with the reporting servers?

    Dear Ranae: Please advise LS Management about this reporting problem and let us know that they are aware of it.

    I have been in here since 5 A.M., E.D.T. this morning. On my 4 LS Channels, I can view the Quick Stats information, without any problems.

    But, if I try to view Advanced Reports, Signature Orders, Individual Items, etc., I get the below message. TIA! Lanny

    "Reporting is temporarily unavailable at this time.

    Rest assured that your clickthroughs and sales are being tracked. Activity will be included in your reports once the technical issues are resolved. Please check again later.

    Thank you for your patience."

    How exactly can we be certain clickthroughs and sales ARE being tracked?

    I'm surprised LS has remained silent while this has been happening (ie. no announcement or advisory). Problem.. what problem...?

    The numbers have been jumping around for 5 days now, with intermittent "reporting is temporarily unavailable" messages.

    I suspect LS are trying to save and make as much money as possible so hiring additional personnel is out of the question, I wouldn't be surprised if the entire team at LS are no more than 10 people
