Thumbs down No Support - Disappearing Commissions
I've just started marketing for Bettymills and wanted to check with other affiliates on 2 points...

    1. Does anyone EVER get a reply from affiliates@bettymills.com

    2. Did you see Commissions reducing from the total in "Commission To Date" without any entry under "Cancelled Sales" ?

I had a sale in Aug, the commission was added to "Commission To Date" but then it reduced sometime in Sep. I can STILL see the Transaction details in BettyMills Affiliates'Report Center ... but no commission and no cancelled sale reporting

no because, this email isn't working... try to contact Victor or Susan by PM on this board... they'll give you their personal addresses where you can contact them.

Yes, it happened to me more than once. And I had BIG SALES. The customer canceled the order, therefore you have no comission for that sale.

Hope these answers will help you.

I don't think the OP has PM privilege.

Yea, from Syndk8... I recognized your ID too. I don't go there as much ...its all newbie-zone nowadays, and the only new threads are the "Hi, I'm new here" ones.

Cancellations are an acceptable & understood reality of business, but they gotta report it under Cancelled Sales. Otherwise, what would be the difference between Skimming and Cancellations??

I still see the sold product when I enter TransactionID, but it doesn't say cancelled.

I'll try and contact this Victor chap.
