Well I've just completed something that I am extremely proud of. It really doesn't have anything to do with IM, but it is a long standing goal that I've been trying to accomplish.
I finally quit smoking!!
Not an easy task by any means. I didn't use any pills or patches or any crutch.
It took me a few weeks to bring myself from a pack a day down to only a few and finally, as of the last two days I have had none at all. Not that I'm not getting the urge, but I don't want to take a step backwards at this point.
This was probably one of the hardest things I've done. I've been smoking for almost 15 years and enough is enough. I won't be ruled by some addiction or habit anymore.
I found that after I got mad at it, the task became easier because it was like a fight. One that, so far, I have finally won!

Well done. Quitting smoking can be extremely difficult. I quit 10 years ago.

Great job. That's an awesome accomplishment. While I don't have first hand knowedgeof quitting smoking, I've heard that it's exteemely hard to quiT.
I've been battling obesity for 15 years and I've been eating healthy for 4 months. So I can relate.
Keep up the great work.
