There you go Gordo unload on the Yahoo forum crowd with some BHO rants and the affiliate industry's info peddling underbelly showing it's wennie to the masses via spammers. Hate to be the one tasked with being the PR spin master when the entire IAB/DMA membership and their affiliate industry pawns get raked as monitizers for the cybercriminals and spammers.

My spam is actually way down today. Perhaps just a coincidence or maybe people are seeing how this is going to play out.

The mention of "identity theft" and "fraud" make me think this isn't a case of slowing spam, but ending a "phishery".

I consider a spammer and a phisher to be in two different categories. A spammer merely asks you (repeatedly, whether you want to hear the pitch or not) to buy Viagra. A phisher wants your bank acct. info so they can buy Viagra for themselves.
