Suggestion: Don't send out partner emails for obvious scams
I just got an ABW Partner email titled "Earn 30% Commission with ********** *****" (I won't bother naming the business). They're supposedly selling Microsoft/Symantec/etc. software at about 80% to 90% off MSRP, and offering 30% commission on those sales. Besides the suspiciously pricing & high commission, the site doesn't pass the smell test at all -- registered not long ago with private whois, About Us / FAQ / Contact Us / Shipping / Affiliate signup pages are all copy-and-paste jobs from other websites, and the Paypal account is registered to some guy named "Jiang Lei". There are lots of indication that this site is just a scam.

I don't mind receiving the partner e-mails, but I think ABW should use more discretion in deciding which partners to accept.

That would be a good thing.

I, too noted the "scam-i-ness" of that ad and deleted it immediately. All I thought was, "Whatever a dollar will buy," and let it go at that. Not a good ad and not a good thought. Sorry.

Okay, iNET has finished their review of their review procedures. They had a key staff member out sick last week, and they thought it had been reviewed and approved when in fact it hadn't been. They're updating their processes to try to prevent mistakes like this from happening in the future.
