    news aggregating
I have a blog and wanted to post a summery of a news topic and link a couple news stories about the subject for further reading. My first question is what permission do I need, if any? The second question is if I make this a weekly feature are there ramifications for doing this type of blog post frequently. I have seen this type of post in many blogs just unsure about the legalities.

Generally, if your summary is in your own words you will not have a copyright problem.

Most sites will allow you to link to their stories, but check their TOS to make sure.
