November 1st, 2010, 10:40 AM #1LinkShare Payment Data Download Broken
I use the Payment Data Download functionality every month for accounting purposes. It looks like this functionality was re-architected recently and is now broken... On this page https://cli.linksynergy.com/cli/publ...nfoHistory.php
when I click the download links, I am getting zero size or incomplete files. Also, the bad files seem to be cached for a full day, so I can't retry my queries.
Also, on the same page, if I click "Payment ID", then click and "Invoice #", I get "No Results", when we know there should be results.
I'm trying to retrieve payment data for the month of October.
Also, when I did get my reports, the download format has been changed to tab files, from comma deliminated files, so my code that processes the reports is broken.
I spent way too much time this weekend trying to get the reports downloaded, is was very, very frustrating...Merchants, any data you provide to Google Shopping should also be in your affiliate network datafeed. More data means more sales!

We are aware of this issue and are currently working on trying to resolve it. I understand it is frustrating and it is a top priority of LinkShare. I currently do not have an ETA on when it will be fixed. I will update this thread once I have more information.

I have tries in this way
wget -O linkshare1289476762.txt -S
when I paste this URL in the browser I am getting a .shtml file that contains the report. But when I used this with PHP using both system and exec command , the report is downloaded but it is showing that
*REPORTING ERROR: Our reporting servers are currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience, please try again later.*
Anyone has ever came across such an issue..?
