I assume you are really asking when their daily cut-off is for orders and shipping, such that they will appear in the following day's reports?

I've always assumed that their daily order/shipping cut-off time was midnight PST. There will be a certain reversal rate on orders, such that your shipped item totals will always be less than your orders. During the holiday shopping season they are slower on shipping. Expect a flood of shipped items towards the last viable standard shipping days.

I'm not sure why Amazon has gotten so bad at shipping items on weekends. My weekend shipped items are usually 1/2 - 1/3 of the actual daily order volume.
Merchants, any data you provide to Google Shopping should also be in your affiliate network datafeed. More data means more sales!
