quote:
Im looking for reviews on 3 different books (biographies) on Richard Nixon, but i cant seem to find them anywhere on your website. They Are: Richard M. Nixon By: Rebecca Stefoff, Richard Nixon: A Political Life by: Richard M Pious, and Presidents who dared by Edmund Lindop. I need theses book reviews for a book report for school and its due tommorrow, and out of all the websites i have tryed, this one seems to be the only one that has nearly any good search engines, etc. PLEASE HELP ME.
    Sincerely,
    A very stressed highschool student

I'm afraid I couldn't help this poor soul find reviews of the books for which reports are due tomorrow. Through my book review site, I get these requests to do homework assignments all the time but I feel bad about this request; it's the first one that included a compliment on my search engine.

    Hi Wayne,

I would've thought that the fault lies squarely in the lap of the high school student who left it till now to get that report done.

Did she/he bother to get the books to read them so that she/he can write a report for herself/himself based on the reading? Live and learn.

I remember those days. At moments like that I imagined that nothing in life could be worse than having a project due that I waited until the last minute on.
    BOY.....was I wrong!

Apparently the kid's teacher hasn't figured out how to use the internet to check for plagiarism. I give the kid a D and the teacher an F.

I'd at least give him/her points for being polite and complimentary.

They aren't all that way. *rolls eyes* I get fairly regular requests from students to a couple of specialist content/professional sites I run.

This week's though took the cake. A two page request, which was obviously copied directly from a project outline (looked like university level), with a range of broad and detailed questions that would have required one of my consultants spending at least a full day to even begin to adequately answer. Oh, and could we reply within two days. Cheek.

It doesn't bring out the best in me.. I find myself wishing I knew which school they were attending so I could forward the email to their lecturer/teacher.
