Anyone figure out an easy way to calculate eBay reports to find out how many leads, bids contributes to the CJ check for a particular month? I'm baffled with all these event dates, posting dates, etc. They sure don't make it easy.

Run a report for November, December and Today for ebay leads only. Export each to Excel. Merge the three documents together, and then sort on the Event Date. Everything will line up and you will be able to see which items were reversed.

Hi Tracy. I did what you said and I pulled out all the transactions that have an event date of November. How do you tell which ones have been reversed since the list shows ones that are locked, accepted and extended? Thanks!

I'm at work right now so I can't pull mine up, but if I remember correctly, if you sort on Event_Date, then the Lead will be grouped with the reversal. And in the column where it says corrected, the Lead will have YES, and the reversal will have a number instead of a word (I believe the number is the original transaction number).

I didn't delete anything before I did the sort. This way I was able to see all of the Locked, Extended, Accepted in one long list in date order. The problem with the reports at CJ is that when you run a report for this month, you'll see the Reversal as the transaction date, but in order to see the actual transaction you have to run a separate report for a different month. There is no way to run a report that I've found at CJ to set the dates like from November 1 2002 to January 8 2003.

When I ran my reports, all of the reversals that happened on December 18 were included because I didn't delete anything. So I got a really big picture. Let me tell you, it was an ugly picture.
