I started this thread once before, and did not receive a response, thought I would try it again.
I was thinking that it would be nice to have some input as to what affiliates look for in the terms of service that merchants include as part of the sign up process for their programs.
Have you ever run across a TOS that you thought was perfect, or nearly so? How about some pointers, items that you feel need to be in a TOS that sometimes don't seem to make it.
My goal is to generate a simple, straightforward, generic TOS template that a merchant could copy, then adapt to their specific company.
So, anyone willing to make some suggestions?Following everyone else is a GREAT way to become average.

Mine contains the necessary elements to protect any company and to let others know you are serious about your business.
40% of it was sent to me by a friend, the rest I added and modified
Any one can copy it, modify it, critique it or make suggestions. No problems
