    I have started Hallelujah Diet
    Hi Everyone,

    I have started Hallelujah Diet and I do feel better. I am also eating lot of superfoods.

    Also, started a small Vegie Garden in my backyard.

    I thought I would not be able to live without eating meat, turns out that I feel way better now.

    Anyone into this?

    This sounds like the start to a joke. Never heard of the Hallelujah Diet but I am a bit out of the loop.

    Yeah it does sound funny. What is even funier is that I have gone to school to be a butcher and now I eat no meat, drink no milk, coffee.

    It is about eating all raw foods...

    I wish you luck, I quit drinking soda and started watching portions just a little and lost a few pounds. Have a ways to go yet.

    I thought that Cacao contained caffeine... maybe I'm wrong.

    Thanks Vinny and good for you, I stopped soda couple of months ago myself.

    Now I am trying to plant enough vegetables to be able to feed myself and not to depend on some other sources.

    I might have to cut more into the lawn.

    drink green thrice or twice a day with lemon drops you would loose weight quickly & its also healthy.
    when i had a plan to maintain my weight, i took green as a bed tea the very first intake in the morning & it did miracle l

    I drink carrot and celery in the AM. I used to make a mix of fruit and apples but then I read is better not to mix. Lemon ofcourse is different.


    I used to make carrot,cucumber,ginger,lemon,celery,apple juice.

    Sometimes with red beets.

    Growing up on Head Cheese and Sausage I would never imagine that eating this way will actally fill me up better and that doing it is not hard and I will feel great!!!

    i used to add few drops of lemon & i used a real leaves of green tea not that which comes in a tea bag foam..simply the chines style green tea & i took it thrice a day.
    & i controlled my food intakes... had small portions after 3 hrs break usually spent myself on fruits & vegis, white meat mostly fish & bran bread along with that i did 40 minutes running daily & lots of water to drink.
    it really works.. just try to cut down carbohydrates in your daily diet
    little bit concentration can make you healthy lolz
