Legal Terms and Conditions for self hellp
Hello everyone. I created an eight week self help program am am wondering if I need to have a legal terms and conditions for people to sign off on before they purchase the program. You know, "Example company will not be held responsible..." kind of thing.

Does anyone have experience with this?

You should always have a privacy policy and a medical disclaimer.

Thank you. The program is not interactive, but something people will do on their own at home, so I don't think I need any privacy policy. Although maybe for the registration when purchasing?

Do you know where I would find a lawyer to write up something for the medical disclaimer?

Just continuing this discussion: I am confused about whether I need any kind of disclaimer or not. My product is an ebook with some relaxation exercises audio recordings, and that's it. I can go on Amazon and purchase hundreds if not thousands of similar programs, and not one of them will require me to sign off on a medical disclaimer, or any kind of disclaimer at all for that matter.

I'm not sure what to do about this question...
