I’m so worry about this, and I don’t want to lose this job. How can I let more publisher work with me? Let our visitor has greatly improved.

well, your job will certainly be a challenge. . .

Many of the affiliate managers are just returning from a conference but will be checking in to the forum later today. They can certainly help you, and there is a "merchant best practices" place here, also, where you can start reading.

    Good Luck!

(if your boss approved, there are also OPM's (outsourced program managers) available here who are able to work with you for a while to improve your program and possibly recruiting efforts.)

HS Google has two tools unique to them, Opportunities and Recruitment. Learn them and implement a follow-up system. If you are having trouble writing recruitment emails them become an affiliate of several networks and join programs. Combine the best parts of emails you get and most of all write them as you would like to receive them.

Affiliate Management is easy if you can treat affiliates like you would want to be treated.
