    What is parasite?
    I am hearing parasite parasite here in this forum. But not sure what does it really means in website terms? I Googled and got the real meaning of parasite (which I already know), Which sites your accusing to be a parasite?

    Parasites are scripts that are installed on customers computers that will overwrite your affiliate ID and replace it with their affiliate ID and they will get your commission instead of you getting it.

    An example is toolbars.

    It is the affiliate equivalent of a "real" parasite. I can't imagine that you have read through the Parasiteware forum and don't see what is being discussed there.
    It might possibly take more than half an hour, but if it interests you, the information is there.

    BurgerBoy is absolutely right. every one should be careful about this problem unless their total expenses and total struggle will be shared with some one else. i am totally new in this forum, just trying to find some of my own problems. but really happy to know about a very important thing just at the 1st day in this forum.
