LinkShare won't reply to me

I have emailed linkshare 4 times. It all started on January 6, 2011 and I'm still trying.
How, how, how can I get someone to answer me? I am stalled with old information that is no longer applicable, and cannot get "in" to solve the problem.
I want to scream, I want to tear my hair out, I HAVE cried. But I can't get help. I NEED to get this going. I am out of work.
It's really important in my life. But they don't seem to CARE. That doesn't surprise me, but it IS bad business. What is the deal? I've read this about them in so many places!
But unfortunately I need to work with them for a product. Other places are fine, but not this one.
What can I do?
Thanks for ANY, ANY help or advice. Why on earth not have a phone?? Why?

How are you trying to contact the support team? Are you using the Contact Us form? If so, you should be getting Case Id's/Incident #'s almost instantly. Can you let me know what they are and I can follow up internally.
