    Datafeed Fun
It always makes me happy when datafeeds include decent content in the Long Description field.

Was working with one for my wifes website last night, and a description of a gourmet olive made me chuckle.

This merchant is probably truncating their website content for their feed. It appears to truncate at a specific quantity of characters. They were trying to say it was a "A great cocktail olive."

It truncated in a very unfortunate spot.

The datafeeds at Thompson Cigar always made affiliates scream back in the day. They pulled the descriptions straight from the catalog. Nothing like your truncated description but it would read something like.

This cigar reminds you of a moonlit night with the fog rolling in as you stroll down a Havana street passed a group of young men playing dominoes on the corner.
They've updated the descriptions since then. I hope.

LOL! Did they have to issue an American Idol style apology?
