    Unhappy Product LinkFinder is not working
    The Individual Product LinkFinder on the LS Publisher interface is *not* working this morning (07FEB2011, 825 A.M., E.S.T.).

    At first, I tried it for ten (10) products of one advertiser, on one channel. Nothing. I also have them on 2 other channels, nothing.

    Then, I tried 2 other LS Advertisers, on other channels, nothing.

    Please have the system people eliminate this problem. Thank you!

    Are you getting an error message or "Unable to locate matching products message"? Are you just not getting any response?

    Good morning Ranae and thank you for responding! It was responding *very* slowly and then, with 1 or 2 exceptions, there was no response from the LS Server, and my web browser showed "done" for status.

    Once, I did get a message that possibly I was not authorized by that advertiser, but I checked my advertisers, shown as approved, and I tried it on other channels with the same advertiser I was trying to get Individual Product Links for, and, with 2 other advertisers and the same problem.

    So, my belief is there is a major issue with the Product LinkFinder this morning.

    Ranae: Thank you I'm sure the tech team will figure it out. Looking back on it, I think the Data Base server had stopped working or that it had a glitch that prevented it from responding properly. Lanny

    Ranae: Progress, but still not working for Advertiser I need links for
    Ranae: I came in here about 415 A.M., E.S.T. and made some tests and then, again, I logged into the LS Publisher interface at 620 A.M. and made more tests. Progress, but, I am not able to get Individual Product Links for the Advertiser I need them for. After I post this, I will send you a PM, with specific details.

    At this time, I am able to use the Product LinkFinder, to get Creative for some of my other LS Advertisers. So, at this time, possibly there is a problem with the last data feed LS received from them, or, some other problem in the LS Database?

    Smile Ranae: Merchant doesn't have that Creative uploaded to LS
    @Ranae: I sent emails to the AM of the Merchant and also the man she works for/with. He sent me an email this morning, that the Creative I am looking for, for new products, hasn't been uploaded to the LinkShare servers yet.....

    So, the LinkShare person in Publisher Support was correct, that Creative isn't available, at this time.

    He will send me an email, when it's ready for me to use.
