Is it safe to give them all my credit card info?
Are they reputable?

I can't vouch for their credibility, but Snapnames.com has been around for several years. They had a free service I used quite a while back before they suspended it. They used to track up to 10 domain names for you for free and give you status updates by email on any changes to the registration on the account. Nice free service, but they cut it after awhile.
I just checked Pud's website, the one with the filthy name I won't mention and while there are 4 "paid" rumors and comments regarding Snapnames.com, there are no outright public negative posts... that's always good news.
