    Hi,
What's the current opinion of folks on incorportating, etc. when launching an affiliate website?

Any legal/tax gotcha's that one should know about?
    Thanks!

First thing you want to do is incorporated or form a LLC to protect yourself. Without it anyone can sue your company and go after your personal assets. Being incorporated protects you if someone sues your company.

Best place to get information is your states Chamber of Commerce. They'll also have the legal paperwork you'll need.
