    Hi,
if I have 2 websites and set up the code for only one of these sites on both, would sales on the 2nd website with the code of the 1st be tracked and counted corretly?

Yes, however the merchant *may* reverse the sale if it's a site not listed in your CJ profile.

You can do a standard search-and-replace to change the PID value in the CJ link... if you have lots of links, that's the easiest way to do it (but do it CAREFULLY!)

You'll probably find some sort of Find/Replace tool in your HTML editor.. what are you using to create the pages?

    Windows is not an editor.

If you use NotePad to write your html, on the menu bar select "Edit", then "Replace".

If you use Frontpage, do the same or click "Ctrl+H".

Best thing is to add the second site to your CJ profile and use the drop down feature when making links to create links with separate ids for each site. You could still only make one set of links but change the AID in links for the other site.

Cover yourself and update your profile with second site or sites.
