    Net Assistant?
I see when I have a merchant that has gone it goes to Net Assistant. It used to be just 'cannot find site" Now I am sending traffic from my inactive merchants?

Don't know exactly what you're stating or if you're asking a question.

    Can you clarify?...

It sounds like your ISP is probably using a service to redirect "domain not found" errors to a search engine that they get paid for.

I get this sometimes. Are you using T-W for ISP??

You may have picked up some adware - do a search engine search for 'net assistant'...

Hadn't considered adware, but I would definitely suspect either that or a change by your ISP.

Pick a totally random domain like ajdkfljdljfkldsjlk.com and see if it does it for that, too.

When I searched it out it says it's an extention of Firefox and is spyware.
