    Something is screwy with my stats. In one of my cj acnts I show only 2 sales when I do a transaction report for today. But in the quik stats it shows 3 sales. This is the first time I have ever seen this happen.

    The 2 sales in the transaction report adds up to the same amt that it shows in the quik stats for 3 sales. Somethings not right. Is anyone else seeing this?

    Yes, I saw this earlier this month too with one of my CJ merchants. If I recall correctly, it was also 2 vs 3 sales. The "phantom" sale showed $0.00 beside it in the Performance Report details, and the other two sales had amounts matching the Transaction Report. The third sale never did show any dollar amount. I figured the person must have had a "free" coupon, a few gift certificates, or some such thing, to get their purchase for nothing. Is there any other way to generate a zero sale (other than CJ error, of course)?

    I read this late last night and looking at my reports then, everything looked fine. However, after no sales during the night, my figure at the top of my CJ screen show about a buck more than they did last night and a report of monthly sales is at least $5 more than last night.

    I have no clue as to why things changed (or how they calculated my totals, for that matter).

    A performance bonus I received yesterday showed up on the transaction report butdid not get added to my total. Have e-mailed CJ - estimated time to reply is 36 hours.

    CJ impressions and clicks have been screwed up for over a week!!
    My Stat counter shows a heck of a lot of traffic
    that CJ is not capturing.
    CJ is probably missing sales transactions also.

    Well I just found out what it was. LS was right! It was a transaction that showed up as a zero amnt from ecampus.com. Beats me as to why it is though. They show leads and sales comishes. Gonna have to email them I guess. Thanks all!

    Does this mean the shopper went directly to iMaternity after having cookie set by a visit from my site or does it mean that CJ's tracking is amiss?

    I have had a number of sales like this on CJ in the past.

    Traffic is up but conversions are down.

    I'm usually quiet about the ups and down, they are expected to some degree, but I can't believe how dismal conversions are recently. It does look like something is broken at CJ.

    I have seen this several times, and asked a question at CJ. Although they answered right the next day, their answer didn't help because when I counted my sales again, there showed no discrepancies. I'm still not very comfortable about that, but what else can I do?

    In terms of asking a question at CJ, I must say that they always respond within 24 hours. I guess it depends on who takes care of your account, but then I don't know for sure if this is the reason why some get quick responses and some don't.
