Do they answer the emails? It's amazing how irresponsible merchants can be.

I wouldn't hold my breathe. From past experience they are not going to help much. I had some sales with them once that I knew happened as my website member let me know they purchased some products through my links. MF didn't pay me for the commissions, flat out refused even though I was sending them many sales at that time. So from that time I have never bothered to spend any special time on promoting them.

    Hi all!

I work for MF. Would you mind sending your affiliate info and a brief summary describing the issue to forums@musiciansfriend.com so they we can figure this out for you?

    Thanks!

This is the part called Due Diligence. Before I sign up with programs I'm not familiar with I do a search on ABW and see if others have reported problems with them. If they have, I weigh the possibilities and decide whether I want to take a chance or not.

Boy - THATS discouraging! If you read my Sam Ash post last... finding a decent music related merchant is turning into a quest akin to finding the arc of the covenant
