Newbie - How does super affiliates do it in such short time?
I was wondering...i have seen many super affiliates on the net that
say that they work only few hours a week and make very big numbers
in the end of the month.

My question is, how come they make so many sells and handle the work
load in only few hours? don't they have many articles to write and seo to
    take care of?

Also, do they also stick to the one niche that you are good at idea
or they go into many types of business?

How does super affiliates do it in such short time? It's easy, they lie.

Don't believe all the hype. These people have something to sell you. Don't buy it.
They are self proclaimed "super affiliates" and they pray on newbies.

Affiliate marketing is a legitimate and rewarding business requiring time and knowledge. It's much more than just writing articles and doing SEO.

If it was possible to be successful, fast, a few years ago, it's getting harder and harder today because of an increased competition and SE changes.

Most of them outsource so they don't have to do the work themselves. Some also have their own in house staff who manages, operates, and maintains their sites.

Lots of PPC and/or Ad Buys & PPV.

But Mostly, Lots of Smoke & Mirrors and Lots of "Fake it Till You Make it"

Yes, I always tell some of my friends even surf on forums is much helpful than read "Make $100,000 in 3 Months" book, those super affiliates, I can't say they always lying, but what you should know is there is no free lunch in this world, they either have done lots of work before reaching that level or they are just lying about that. And if they are advertise for their SEO training or something, Watch Out! Comparing with doing affiliating marketing, $50 dollars/person/hour or $100 for a E_book, that's much easier way to make money.

i don't think its totally lie
if you hire 4/5 people for separate works. like SEO, Article writing, article submission, email marketing, responding then it is easy.
you just have to manage your members and this will not take more than 2/3 hrs per day.
but doing these whole things alone is simply impossible. in the beginning you have to work more than 10/12 hrs. its pretty usual now

Those would be considered start-up companies..

These programs are telling people that they (as one person) can get rich quick - that's not to say it's impossible (the right idea at the right time can work in any business), but the only people getting rich quick are the people selling the program to newbies.

    if you hire 4/5 people
    why not
    if you hire 4000/5000 people

With "if" you can do many things.
I learned a long time ago that things in Affiliate marketing are not scalable.

if pigs had wings they would fly
if wishes were horses beggars would ride

Sometimes this could be true. Because many IM have huge list. They maintain regular relationship with them and when big launches come they simply send a mail or 2 and make a lot of money. So IMO that is what they refer to working few hours in day and they avoid the truth that they have not reached to that place in one day.
