Discrepancy: Google Numbers vs. ShareASale Numbers

I have some experience with affiliate programs, but am new to ShareASale.
I am quite confused -- Google continually tells me that my click numbers are much higher than the clicks that ShareASale reports.
Clicks on my Google AdWords ads go straight to my ShareASale Affiliate URL.
Can someone with much more experience explain what is happening here? Is this a regular occurrence?

It depends on where you view the clicks. Your Day at a Glance and Activity Summary shows uniques only and AFAIK does not count clicks when cookies are blocked. Its a good idea to use your own stats to verify. Google will count all clicks, even those who do not accept all cookies.
