No deeplinking for Macy's any more
the old link still redirects, even shows affiliate ID after I click through, but not a single sale since I noticed the change even during the memorial day sale Used to be multiple orders everyday.
Not sure it's just me or there is some tracking issue here. Has anybody else noticed drop of sales?

1600 clicks to Macy's this last week promoting their Memorial Day Sale. Not a single sale, either.
I had these links for years but it's really a waste of bandwidth.
Is it Macy's not reporting, LinkShare not tracking? Who knows? Anyway!
Tks for posting the pb about deeplinking. Mine are redirecting to their home page, too.

    iilfang and Zeus,

Macy's sent out an email early May 2011 about improvements on their website. Below is the copy of the email that was sent.

We have recently made some improvements to help increase conversion on our site. With that, our banner and text links are unfortunately all directing to our homepage, instead of another page within macys.com. Your sales will continue to be tracked, and we will be reviewing the traffic you have sent to us since the change late last week to ensure that you are compensated appropriately for continuing to promote macys.com during this time.

Macy's does not allow deep linking to their website.

Ranae, thx for the info. I've checked my emails and found the one you mentioned. It was sent out on 5/12.
