Unless your personal tax situation is very complicated, $400 is alot to pay to have someone take care of your taxes.

$1500 too for the corp tax.

Speaking of taxes.....Are most affiliates here filing as individuals, LLC, incorporated or something else.

I have always filed as an individual but, with my income going up ( I hope)would it be better tax and legalwise to do something else?

How is everyone else handing this?

Those prices are wayyyyyy to crazy.

Give these people a call before you decide.

This company, actually a law firm, is one of the biggest and the best in Florida that specializes in corp tax law, but they have offices everywhere.

The personal seems high, but $1500 for US corporate is less than what I pay. It really depends on what they are doing and what are you doing? Do you have payroll etc?

Also, ask them or any accountant you use to roll your personal into the corporate price. There should be some discount there.

I am about to incorporate and I wasn't even quoted close to 1500 for to incorporate in NYC. All they want is 750 and if I study up I can do it my self and just pay the 625 filing fee to the state.
