I'm getting this message when I try to log in my affiliate account.
"Your account has been suspended either for violation of the Terms of Service, or due to your removal of all contact information in your account - and will not return."
Nobody warned me about problem.
I tried to contact with Brian@shareasale.com and email@example.com but they did not respond to my emails.
Besides, they haven't answered my email since May, 7th (!) about the lost check.
So, how do you contact with ShareASale?

Still no answer from Shareasale...
I can work harder an better, but I can`t do it without answers from Shareasale.
I can make a new website and account at shareasale, but I don`t want to be banned without any sufficient reasons again.
My account is blocked by mistake. I am sure.

I can't discuss individual Affiliate or Merchant accounts here on a public forum. However, in general terms, we would never cancel either an Affiliate or Merchant without fully reviewing the situation and having a reason to do so.Thanks,

I`ve registered a new account at aol.com and sent you an email.
Please, answer as soon as possible, because product`s links aren`t working now and customers can`t go to merchants.
