    Mortgage Interest Rates
If you have a mortgage and are paying more than about 5% interest, you might want to look into refinancing (and probably dropping down to a 15 year term, too). Interest rates are down to around 3.75% on a 15 year mortgage.

My wife and I refinanced two years ago and save $180 a month. The cost of the refinance was covered after about 9 months so it was well worth it!

Not that I want to spam for Google, but have you ever looked at their mortgage tool: It's a great way to keep and eye on what's happening with current rates.
