Just doing a quick search for fencing affiliate program or fencing referral program on Google brings up a lot of companies offering commissions. Give that a try.

The problem is that most fences are installed by local contractors (other than huge projects that require bids). The kinds of fencing that might be ordered online are via sites like HomeDepot, Sears, Lowe's etc. HomeDepot is on CJ, but don't hold your breath there. They carry WORX Yard Tools and when the WORX program closed on GAN I tried to sign up to HomeDepot on CJ. I am still pending and had to find other suppliers. They tend to ignore applications from other posts I've read.

Thank you - i have been looking at DIY type places and have found a scattering - i found a good looking supplier but the affiliate program was for installers! (as you mentioned)
I have found teksupply who seem to have an in house program but the cookie is only 10 days - which maybe better than nothing at all.
I have also found wam bam on csn but not a huge selection.
Thank you i will keep looking.

    Thanks
Capitol is very agricultural based but amazon was surprising.
I have not done anything much with amazon but maybe it is time to look.
    Thanks again
