    Change in ABW Admin
We are taking a fresh perspective on moving the vision and mission of ABW forward. This starts with a change in administration.

I'd like to express thanks to Michael Coley for his time and dedication to the ABW community, and his efforts to grow the community. This change however is sprung from a desire to grow and expand the activity and relevance of the ABW community at an accelerated pace going forward.

While we continue to support the ideals of ABW as a community, sticking with the original site vision and mission, we'll be moving forward under Chuck Hamrick as administrator.

If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, you are welcome to post them here.

    Michael,

Ahhh the ever thankless job of Admin, been there, done that.

    ---------

    iNET,

Thank you for moving the forum upward, the protracted path ABW was on good for no one!

    Chuck,

Holy Cow. As much as I've missed much of the ABW glory days of old I do think Michael was trying his very very very best to bring about a vision that he thought would be good for ABW and affiliate marketing as a whole and for that effort I offer my appreciation.

Here's to hoping the flame of quirky, edgy, irksome, funny, and informative discussions that makes up ABW shines brighter and brighter.

Thank you Michael for your efforts to make ABW a kinder, gentler place...........and all your Daily chuckles.

So, what is this new direction that IMOG speaks of?

Haiko Returns yet again and starts sturing thing up!!

Michael Coley is out/Chuck is in

    Trust Returns

    What's next???

I am all for a change at ABW, their has been way to much butt kissing going on here the last year or so.

So now I will ask was Michael a paid employee of iWeb? Was he paid to be the admin of ABW?? I really think we should know if the Admin at ABW is a paid or voluntary position.

    Haiko never left! *

As I have said previously, I've been here (not necessarily logged in) each and every day since I stepped down from Admin 603 days ago.

Stirring, schmurring. I asked W7F with the "do one thing and say another" in my own thread. I'm sorry you don't get that.

As for the other members who return, maybe you'll see many others do so as well, maybe others will leave, but at the end of the day, the decision by iNET is a cognitive effort to IMPROVE the forum based on stats of the past 600 days.

*Sorry Supercool, borrowed your 3rd person speak.

The announcement above mentions a fresh perspective that comes naturally with a new person as admin. The direction of ABW will always be targeted to be in alignment with the site mission, its how the community was built, and its what got everyone here in the first place. At the ABW admin/moderator meeting from the end of last year, the mission was described like so:

    - Advocates ethical behavior and best practices in affiliate marketing.
    - To help affiliates learn and earn more.
    - Educates on best practices and act as an industry champion.
    - Fostering discussion, interaction, relationships in the affiliate marketing industry

We appreciate what Michael stepped up to do, and the work he has put in here. Its our hope that a fresh perspective on carrying that mission on further, helps to take ABW to the next level in regards to the level of affiliate activity and amount of open discussion it offers all its members.
