We are looking at launching our 2-teir affiliate program in the near future. We want to pay $50 1st level & $15 2nd level.
If we use shareasale.com we will have to lower our affiliate payout because the 20% fee they charge will have to come out of the $65 payout between the two levels. If we use quickpaypro.com we will be able to pay the $50 1st -$15 2nd.
We will probably have more exposure with shareasale.com in the beginning but will quickpaypro.com be better if I have an affiliate manager out aggressively locating new affiliates?
What are the pros and cons?
Does anybody know any other affiliate scripts that are good?
Another feature that is a must is offline tracking codes for our outside sales reps.

You may not actually have to lower your affiliate payout on Shareasale. If you have an affiliate manager aggressively recruiting and your program performs well on shareasale, most of your sales will come from affiliates recruited through those channels and not have a second tier. Most will only cost the $50 rather than the full $65 you have budgeted.
By the way, $15 is generous for a second tier payout. Let me know when you start looking for recruiters...Eathan Mertz
