Hope that some of the smart people here can guide me with this query.
I have an affiliate site with more than 15,000 outgoing affiliate links in the database. It is physically impossible to check all the links for validity and I am sure a good number of them have already become dead. Most pages are indexed into Google so I can't move the page.
Fortunately, I can track all the links through my backend database and this way I can have an excel sheet of 15,000 links.
Is there any software or web app which I can use to validate all the links? This would save me months worth of work and hopefully improve Google rankings.
Thanking you in advance.

An open source program, LinkChecker might work for you. Has 3 interfaces (GUI client, web or command line) & versions for Windows, Mac OSX or Debian. Checks external links, but won't recurse into them. There's also a link at the bottom of the page to more link checkers.
