How do I find companies that will work with me? I'm in California
I recently had several accounts terminated because of the new law that passed in CA.

How can I find companies that will work still work with me?

I'm looking for home furnishings, home and garden, skin care, cosmetics... I'm open to all.

I have several established sites in a variety of niches.

    Thank you,
    Christine

I think if you know any company that has a brick and mortar in your state since they already have a physical presence there. Basically a lot of merchants most shoppers have heard of and shop with already.

Hello! A new thread was started to list merchants that will not be deleting nor refusing relations with them.

Not really accurate. Many companies set up separate company for online business. Although most states are cracking down on this loophole, it still happens. We had several cases in other states where affiliates assumed a company was safe, only to be removed to avoid nexus. Reason given - the online store is separate.

Bottom line, make sure the online store collects the sales tax. Doesn't matter what the B & M does.
