"We believe in the power of the web and information, and we work every day to detect potential abuse of our services and ward off attacks."

This is why I love Google. They keep doing updates, and new tools it seems like every week, even day. Google is always trying to be the best and improve on everything.

From a newbie perspective the past 5 months, I have to say the sentiment towards google in the affiliate marketing industry has been eye opening. There is a lot of generally positive perspective for google around the internet in many places, albeit not without complaints here and there. But when they change their algorithms, and the impact that has on the livelihood of affiliates, its easy to understand why so much negative sentiment regarding google exists around here.

So how does this malware "interfere with the ability to use Google search"?

It can't be any worse than the way Google changes words and phrases even after you've typed them in, or when you click to go to page two of search results.
