I've had several affiliates apply for CJ accounts, mid July, and they still have not heard anything back from CJ. This seems like an awfully long time to get an account set up. What is the normal time span for this?

I'm kind of shocked this is happening. With hundreds of newbie affiliates applying for my programs every month, we can't find a way to fast track recruited publishers in our niche?
The best advice I've received is to have the affiliates contact the Client Support team.

Unless I'm mistaken, CJ still has a click through publisher agreement meaning there is no review process for new publishers.
There is also a Branded Sign Up page that allows a new publisher to create an account and immediately apply to your program.Jonathan Claydon | firstname.lastname@example.org | Director - Affiliate and Partner Marketing | RealNetworks, Inc.

We just found out that there was a glitch in the CJ signup process during July. After signing up, affiliates did not receive any confirmation that they had been approved into the network. We are going back to all of our recruited affiliates and telling them they probably have access.
