In our company we are in the process of re-launching our Affiliate Program, and I am trying to gather all kind of data to make the best of the experience
We think we have a quality program, good response, nice conditions and so on (of course, most people would think that about their own offerings!); but the thing that obviously worries us the most is how to effectively promote the program.
I was thinking that the 2nd tier would help us in reaching more people quicker but I don't really know how often happens that publishers refer to new publishers.
Keeping in mind that this stuff will change from one program to the next; does anyone has any kind of statistic about a growth rate for publishers base considering referral expansion only? Everything else being equal, i there some sort of approximate formula we could keep in mind?
