How has eveyones sales been. I'm not showing any sales since around 100 am Saturday morning CJ time. Clicks and Imps seem normal. Probably just a bad CJ day but figured I would ask to be sure.

Not a great day but not too bad for a Saturday.

Maybe your account got bumped into the broken server like mine did a few months ago.

Maybe the tracking switch is linked to posts on ABW.

If it was my TD balance would go up instead of down.

I had a record number of CJ clicks yesterday for a saturday and only a handful of sales.

This comes after a very good week at CJ.

Tracking most certainly must be off or delayed for Satuday and today. It is 9:30 am here on Sunday and still no more sales showing up since 1:00 Saturday.

I'd ask Todd or CJ what is up, but they don't seem to visit or respond here at ABW anymore (anyone else notice that?).

Has anyone had any sales come in since 1:00 Saturday?

The last thing I have was yesterday at 1:09 (afternoon). It's really weird because I probably have 2-3 times more merchants from CJ and sales are almost non-existant, yet sales are coming in for Linkshare better than they did in December.

I agree. It always amazes me that 24 hours can go buy and no one at CJ notices these things.

I emailed their support department an hour ago the alert them to the problem. Hopefully they will get it resolved soon.

It's probably because they know that the last CJ update did NOTHING to help their publishers. Having EVERY product link in use prior to the update now show as "Expired" with no clue as to which product was clicked on is ridiculous!

In return, we get a "Product Catalog 1" link, which also gives us totally useless information, given there can be thousands of individual product links listed in that catalog.

They know they aren't helping their publishers, and they know we know it. They don't want to get slammed by showing up here, so they just ignore us.

And why not? It's worked so far for the parasites.

No reporting delays here. Though today does seems to be a bit slower. Try selling some thermal underwear and you'll see some great conversion ratios. One ABW member is converting at 1 sale per 18 clicks on the thermal underwear. E-mail me for more details if you're interested. I'll be here today to answer questions if you have any.

This Saturday has been one of my worst days in 3 months.

I sure hope this isn't a new trend.

I finally had one sale come in at 11:00 am Central today. Just one!

Still no word from CJ support about this. I really hate it when stuff like this is going on and they don't put a notice up on their site to all of us.

12 sales so far for me today, coming in fairly evenly throughout the day since 7:04 CJ time (Pacific). A bit of a gap between 7:26 and 9 AM...

I can't say yet whether it'll end up being a slow day because my sites tend to see a rise in sales at the end of the day. It's only a bit after 5 PM Eastern (2PM Pacific) now, so that leaves quite a bit of time for further action!

Yesterday (Saturday) was slow. I expect that it's a post-season dip. Mommy and Daddy are probably drafted to play with/fix/watch their kids' new toys, or break up the fights between siblings and friends over said toys.

Still no word from CJ Support.....

Sales are starting to come in for this afternoon, but still no sales showing up from 1:00 PM Saturday to 1:00 PM Sunday, even though I had a record number of clicks during that period (and when I say record, I mean 30% more than my best day).

I might as well just accept that any sales that came in during that period are lost. And they always tell us "tracking is not affected". Yeah, like I'm really believing that anymore.

Big gap in sales on Sunday morning as well, about 11 hours of no sales, which is extrememly unusual, should have been at least half a dozen to a dozen for a usual Sunday morning. Traffic was in the norm. Since then, sales have been rolling right along.

Who knows, maybe the entire country slept in late for the first weekend of the year...

The lost sales from Saturday to Sunday have still not shown up. Has anyone else had any sales show up late for this period?

Really ticks me off to have CJ always say that tracking was not affected, when I know darn well it was. I'm just wondering if it happened to others here as well.

    Although I didn't experience a several hour
lack of sales this weekend. I did experience
this Several times last month, and have
experienced it many times with CJ the past
    year!

It used to be if there was a 10-12 hour
No Sales Period, it was because there was
a backup of posting the transactions and
eventually, in a day or so, the sales/commissions
found there way into our accounts. Now, it
seems with these Lack of Sales periods, the sales/
    commissions are Lost.

There seems to be a pattern Every Month (sometimes
many times a month) where several Publishers at
the same time or day experience a 10-12 hour NO
    Sales period.

It happens far too often Not to be addressed
by CJ. We are given the pact answer that
"normal sales volume has been recorded in that
time period" or "you don't sell enough --
it's probably just a sales fluctuation"

Frankly I'm amazed that CJ chooses to ignore
this problem. Not only are We losing commssion,
they are as well. Maybe it's Not Engough of
a loss to them to outlay the expense in
    investigating the problem?

Back in December I asked Todd about the
Tracking Servers with this post ...

    http://abw.infopop.cc/6/ubb.x?a=tpc&...9&m=3446013381

He stated that the Tracking Servers are on
a Load Balancer -- which I guess means as
transactions come in, whichever server is open
    takes it & tracks it?

I had thought maybe tracking servers attached to
specific Publishers might not be working correctly --
I guess That's not the problem.

I have also thought the problem may be Regional --
For example could it be sometimes for some unknown
reason, Publishers using East Coast hosting are affected?

Oh well, I'm not in a position or techie enough
to figure this out -- We need a Sherlock Holmes!

Too bad CJ won't investigate Unless Every Single
    Publisher is not tracking.

Sunday Jan 5 clicks were up but sales were way down. Worst sales in two months, since last time a CJ glitch was suspected.

I don't know. My clicks where double what they usually are for a weekend, both days, and sales were terrible. EPC was a fraction of normal.

    Well...

Since tracking is never affected, everything must be OK.

I'm sure I'm just imagining that clicks are up and sales are way down, with EPC at almost half of Oct.

Considering that Google has blessed me this month, while in October I had trouble finding my site... There can be only one reason for this poor performance.

People have spent all their money on my sites last quarter, And Now they are busy paying off the Credit Cards.

Although we haven't heard from Todd in a long long time, which might mean he's real busy fixing something...

I'm very sure that it has absolutely nothing to do with CJ Tracking.
