    Required effective seo suggestion.
    Hello friends,
I have been working on one of the seo projects related online health insurance. I am doing all the activities like article submission, directory submission, social bookmarking, forum posting and blog commenting, but not getting the desired result as the keywords keep on jumping and some are still on the same position showing no improvements. Kindly suggest some different activities other than these one which will prove to be more effective and result oriented.
    Thanks

Are you writing original content that will engage your readers.. and improve your search engine rankings..?

All of the activities you suggest should improve your rankings somewhat, but not too much these days - article submission & directory submission don't carry much weight, and forum posting & blog comments are a waste of time (IMO).

You are in a VERY competitive segment... unless you have something unique on your own site (content etc), it will be difficult to move up.

Make sure you have submitted a sitemap in Google Webmaster Tools, it may shed some more light on how your site is viewed.

  3. Thanks From:

Check whether you are posting on high PR site, it will give you better backlinks.
Check your content whether it contains only valuable information for readers.

PR is PageRank named after Larry Page. Pretty much worthless. If you want link juice you need to have links on a PAGE with a high PR and everything on that page has to be relevant to the PAGE you are linking to. Page to Page. Again, PR is pretty much worthless, a PAGE's PR is only a barometer of potential link juice.

If no love is passed from the referring page to your page, it's called SPAM...

You sure that wasn't Betty Page? Given the way everyone seems so captivated by the goddess of PR, Betty seems more likely to me??
