This is a long over due conversation and maybe some action could be taken on it too.

I signed up with cj.com a long time ago and I was under the assumption that they were to be a trusted third party money handler. (that is their business model) So it is my understanding that they ( the money handlers )owe me money for sales I made that went to an advertiser that left CJ and didn't pay up their account.

We all know that CJ is ducking this one with their lousy excuse that they previously allowed merchants to spend beyond their account ballance. I let this ride now for three or four months, waiting for my money from this honest merchant (BS), but now I am fed up and want my money.

I understand there are many of you dealing with the same problem.

How can CJ just get away with this? Should we allow them to?

Yep, I'm with you all the way on this one.
I'm only owed $75 (I say only because I'm sure there are others worse than me from other merchants) owed from Debix Systems Inc (omnigift.com)
These were all transactions from June & July & since CJ has reversed them all I'm not 100% sure which ones were the legitimate ones (I know there were legitimate reversals) and which ones were the non-payment ones.
This merchant left mid-july and I haven't heard from them since.
Whatever you come up with, let me know.
    Pete

I'm aboard this too. This is the biggest thing that has really ticked me off about CJ blowing us off on this. A trusted third party should know how to collect money. Preferably in advance. They gave the merchants credit. Not me. I really want my money whether it is from the merchants that left or CJ.

Haiko or anyone else, Whats the best way to handle this. I am going to call CJ tomorrow to try to get phone numbers from them to try to collect myself but if that don't work???<IMG src=http://www.abestweb.com/ubb/icons/icon29.gif> lmao, god I love that little red guy yelling, he he!
