Because CJ uses an annoying javascript which will move the blinking cursor to the login name field after the cj pages has loaded completely, I will usually hit the ESC button immediatly after the page loaded the login and password field.

I do this to avoid the blinking cursor switch to the username field when I am typing my password and make my login failed!

Do you do that? If most of you do that, maybe CJ would consider to remove the stupid script.

Thank you, that really bugs me and I hadn't thought of using ESC to stop the script.

yah, thank you for posting that...that's got to be one of the most annoying things...especially considering how often we all check our stats!

I just use this page to log in. IE automatically drops in my pw when I double click and select my email in the email box.

Look like this is exactly a problem and CJ is enough (they think they are ) to be the only 1 site doing it.

I think if they read this tread, they will removed it. So continue to contribute here.

Look like there are different ways of handling the problem. Such as ESC key, type faster (usually failed), auto login with IE, roboform, login and password in URL ... All of us are quite creative and that's why we are in the affiliate world!

I also have my login bookmarked to beat that "kickout" problem. But, you know what bugs me MORE than that? Those smilin' faces that never change! No offense to those who own the face but . . .
    1) There are more than those 6 or so faces in the network aren't there?
    2) They should use something other than those that are being picked out for stealing commissions from us . . . like ebates

Yeah! How am I ever supposed to get MY face on there, if those pics/profiles are never changed?! When I start making Millions I want my face on!

@ Redfish--Yeah, that script is annoying as heck. Thanks for posting about ESC! Even though I'm not bugged going *in*, it constantly kicks in on the way OUT, while I'm trying to type in the addy of the site I want to go to next! It usually ends up with most of the next site's addy in the PW field if I don't watch it!

Thanks RedFish for posting this. I never thought of why it happened, and now I know.

Hmmm, Roboform seems a lot like what Gator originally was. Ahhhhhhh, those were good days, back when Gator was just a tool to automatically fill out forms. When was it that they made their agreement with Satan?

Ai roboform rocks!!! especially if you combine it with their memberlogin.jsp bookmark page and have multiple accounts requiring different logins for each account.

    I bookmarked this page instead:
    https://members.cj.com/member/accoun...sher/index.jsp

    -secure (ssl) login.
-no annoying javascript moving your cursor position around.
-if you've already logged in once that browser session, you don't actually need to retype your login schtupf, instead takes you right into the main affiliate screen.

I use the same login Tj does, except I use https:// so I'm on their secure site. Works great, no logging in to mess with.

    http://ssl.linksynergy.com/php-bin/a...l?cuserid=MYID

Just goes to the error in user ID or password page
