    Haiko,

The legal beagle would like screen prints of all the merchants on Snare, BeFree and CJ who have When-U pop-ups attached to their sites.

Let me know if you can print them out and sent them to me. We'll pay for the printing and the cost to ship them.

    Thanks.

    Fred,

LinkShare's new terms preclude WhenU from advertising any snare merchant ... so don't expect many of those.

What resolution do you want them?

    RE: Removal of Unauthorized Advertisement

    To whom it may Concern,

I am writing you to inform you of your unauthorized advertisement (screenshot http://www.abestweb.com/ba.jpg ) on my site http://www.abestweb.com. The advertisement is served via a WhenU / Save Now's pop up.
Although I am not in a position to advise you with whom British Airways promotes it's site and offerings through, I can assure you that your affiliation with such ParasiteWare™ [WhenU] will only do "Damage" to your deserved reputation and good will, look here ( http://www.abestweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/...&f=21&t=000005 ) and see how many "Ethical" online merchants have dropped WhenU as an affiliate and stopped advertising with them. Conversely, an "Added" benefit of advertising with WhenU you are placed on the "Black List" of http://www.merchantboycott.com a site to help explain what WhenU does via it's ParasiteWare™.

If you "Ethically" desire to advertise on my or anyone's site I, humbly, suggest that you contact the respective site owners or applicable advertising agency; for advertising on my site please see http://www.abestweb.com/be/buy.htm for our current advertising rates.

If I see that British Airways, PLC continues to advertise on "Any" of my sites, then I must be forced to take action against British Airways, PLC, for your utilization of contextual advertising targeted against my sites (for precedent, please see http://media.guardian.co.uk/newmedia...410352,00.html ). I remain,

    Sincerely,

    Haiko de Poel, Jr.

Just so each one fits on an 8 1/2 x 11 page and it's readable will do okay and we can have the jury look at each one and go - looks like a criminal conspiracy to me.

Hmmm. Looks like British Airways is up the creek - sue the bastards. They'll settle.

Umm BA were the ones who had to apologise to Virgin Atlantic after using some highly unethical business practices against them. I'm not certain BA cares all that much about ethics.

(Although I have to say the in-flight meals are actually rather nice!)

If you bothered to clikc on the BA link to get details you'd find the 143.00 is for one way passage ( assuming roundtrip x 2) on a Palestinian owned Ocean going freighter. One extra tourist trap stop off in Iran before heading to port near Paris. Paris Lousianna
