one-and-only.com is my worst right now.

I always wondered about aprettywoman.com (both personals/dating sites).

the iwantu.com site from canada was a problem in past years.

No real beefs about anyone else. When I see no conversions after a couple of months, or some 1,000s of hits I generally just drop the program.

I'd have to give Dell the top spot on both the FeFree and Linkshare network. They are the diversion kings -short cookies and you get no credit if the shopper crosses over the imaginary line between small biz systesm and home systems at their site.

WalMart is a love/hate relationship as the often go months without recording sales...then do just fine. They do not communicate. Session only cookie and their web purpose is to drive shoppers to their local stores.

All merchant/Dupers who are just frontend install lead fee installers of B-a-HO applications...eBates Gator -Iwon -WhenU -Upromise etc etc

eHobbies.com for discovering they have an easy on/off switch for reporting at CJ during peak shopping periods.

ALL zero or 1 day session merchants are not sales partners and the only ones who defeat their ruse is the BHO parasitic affiliates.

    Charlie ...

If they won't adopt and feed a bird ..flip them one! BBQ some Gator and remember to flush WhenU..

aeanetwork.com or aeahosting.com are worst. Several years ago I had 4 sales ($80) in two months with them. They dropped their affiliate program and sent no money.

Pharmacyrx is a bad one to watch.

They sent me this spam email this morning that ended like this...

    Affiliate Manager
    Rx Medical One, Inc.
    affiliates@rxmedicalone.com

    http://www.pharmical.com
    http://www.webpharmacyrx.com
    http://www.directpharmacyrx.com
    http://www.healthywomanrx.com
    http://www.superherbal.com

I checked out the first site on the list, http://www.pharmical.com and see that they are stealing images from my site at http://www.phentermine-direct.net

Please don't promote this scam artist, they are looking to bring in affiliates and cant even afford their own images?

Amazing. I just got an ad from Haiko asking me to join directpharmacyrx.com

    Hmmmmm

I would have thought merchants sending ads through their association with ABW had been checked out.

In defense of Haiko, I think it's perfectly plausible that he wouldn't have suspected the image theft before seeing this thread! Without some clue that it was stolen and from where, it would just be shooting in the dark to try to see if some other site, somewhere, had the same picture.

It also appears to be a photo similar to some on GettyImages. A professional shot. Most places like that sell/lease to all buyers (nonexclusive), so even if he *had* seen it was the same exact photo, that in itself wouldn't necessarily be a sign that there was theft involved.

No, I didn't know about the alleged image theft. Additionally I have seen that image many times so I'm sure they paid the clip art fee also.

For the Record ... I sent the email at 5:52PM EST you can see that zarm2 posted at 6:52pm EST

    Re Pharmical-

I don't know details about the images- but I do know that the affiliate manager contacted me before even starting the program with great questions and a good discussion on how to work with his program. He made an impression on me as someone who had the best intentions and the best interests of his affiliates in mind. If I were working with pharmacy sites, I would definately give them a shot based on my experience with him.

re: so even if he *had* seen it was the same exact photo...

Look my site has been on the front page of Yahoo for the term phentermine for almost a year. It also held the #1 spot on google for 3 month's. This guy is in the pharmacy biz full time so for sure he saw it and knew what he was doing. Could it be he is just mass producing sites and grabbing idea's and images from other's? He has 6 sites of his listed here... maybe his logic is just to copy what works?

    Thanks, Jessica.

zarm2, I thought we had this resolved. Did you come here straight after getting off the phone with me?

When we left off, you were going to get me a copy of your purchase agreement that gave you exclusive rights to the image. You sounded like that would be no problem, and with that, I'd have something I could act on. Instead you came here and attacked me and my program...

I'm the Affiliate Manager, not design, not legal, not accounting and not someone who's about to suggest we do a site redesign based on an unfounded accusation.

I was someone inclined to listen to your concerns and see if I could help clear them up. I still am, but not if this is going to go down in flames before we've even established that you own the rights you claim.

Let's not take it down this path. We started off on the right foot. Let's finish there.

Have to put in my 2 cents. I display pharmical ads on my site. It is one of the few programs that actually convert sales on a consistant manner. Of the hundreds of programs I've tried throuh CJ, Linkshare and others there are only a few appear to work for me. This is one of them.
