In both cases, I'd start with open communication channels. I can reach both with questions and comments through multiple platforms quickly and easily.

In Liz's case, I've chatted with her multiple times about Flight Network as well as during the lead up to her involvement with that program, and she CLEARLY has affiliates best interests in mind.

With Greg, it's his candidness about his programs that I respect. Without bringing up one in particular, I had an interest in one program for a site, and we talked about it in very open terms through Facebook chat and I think on Skype. I was given good information on likelihood of success. I was looking to promote a very small part of that program, and it really wasn't their strength. So in the long run, he saved me a lot of time, and I know that if either they do move in that direction, or he gets a program that does, it will be the first place I look.

Hey Kevin, thanks for the nomination! I've got a foot in both camps now (AM/OPM) so not sure I'm qualified to be nominated in this category but then again I was strictly consulting/OPM-ing until Dec 2011, so maybe? I'll leave it in the hands of the mods to decide. Anyway, thank you again. Always an honour!

Sadly, we were too busy growing our client's programs and didn't see this thread during the short window that it was open. Not too many responses this year, so it looks like we weren't the only ones that missed the nomination window.

Just in case you decide to reopen or consider additional nominees, I nominate MGECOM as the Best OPM in 2011. The reason is simple: nearly 300% average year over year growth for MGECOM clients. And that outstanding program growth includes a host of very challenging programs.

Thanks so much for your consideration.

At the risk of alienating any I don't mention have to go with who I've worked with the longest and my experience for this category: AMWSO

Had faith in their programs being as clean as possible. Been given exclusive coupons when possible (most often without having to ask for one) Always get informative newsletters regarding their programs often including links already to go without me having to log into the network. (with start and ending dates and other relevant information about them) Custom widgets, landing pages and banners at times have been made for me to match my sites perfectly (again without having to be the one to ask for it) Whenever I have a question somebody is always available to answer it and pretty quickly.

Are some others I think probably would be good choices in this category too but I haven't had as much experience in working with them.

There are many great, ethical OPMs, but the one I've found to be the most genuine, ethical, hardworking OPM is Greg Rice / CMC Commerce.
