    Microsoft like many other big companies like to intimidate and threathen rather then talk civilly in a case like this...

    Yes there can be some confusion ... but this kid offers webdesgn not software...

    too bad the Microsoft lawyers didn't approach
    Mike and discuss there concern in a better way
    perhaps all of this couild have been kept private...

    I too have had this type of problem except is my case the told lawyer to KISS MY $#@%$...

    then i referred them to my lawyer... havent heard from them since...

    The law is the law and ICANN rules are ICANN rules.

    The kid purposefully registered the name to play on the confusion of a trademark - he admits as so. He then would only sell the domain back to Microsoft if they paid higher than the market value for the domain. That is a no-no.
